You will deliver specialized vocational training below the baccalaureate level, focusing on equipping adult learners with technical skills and AI-driven industry knowledge. Your expertise will guide students to become confident, capable professionals ready to excel in their chosen fields.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lectures and practical training sessions using modern instructional tools, including visual aids and multimedia resources.
• Monitor, assess, and document students’ progress through written, oral, and performance-based evaluations.
• Provide individualized support, remedial instruction, and constructive feedback to foster student growth and competence.
• Supervise safe and effective use of tools, equipment, and technology in a remote learning environment.
• Integrate AI trends and best practices into curriculum design and instructional activities to enhance learners’ real-world readiness.
• Stimulate class discussions and collaborative problem-solving to boost technical understanding and application.
• Collaborate with educators and industry partners to align course content with evolving workforce needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Career & Technical Education or a related technical field.
• Proven experience teaching vocational or occupational courses at the postsecondary or adult education level.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a passion for student success.
• Hands-on familiarity with tools, equipment, and instructional technologies relevant to technical fields such as construction, manufacturing, transportation, or cosmetology.
• Demonstrated ability to incorporate AI concepts and digital resources into teaching practice.
• Exceptional organizational, assessment, and classroom management skills in a virtual learning environment.
• Ability to provide supportive, individualized instruction tailored to diverse learner needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree or industry certification in a technical discipline or education.
• Experience with AI curriculum development or training delivery.
• Background in mentoring or coaching adult learners in vocational settings.
