What You Will Be Doing- Conduct individual and small-group coaching for PreK Guides, demonstrating effective techniques and recognizing measurable progress
- Create and lead play-based learning sessions that integrate SEL, literacy, numeracy, and motor development, exemplifying excellence for the team
- Audit and refine Guide documentation on a weekly basis to ensure rubric consistency and actionable insights, facilitating calibration meetings to maintain milestone visibility
- Draft family communications and conduct team huddles to synchronize priorities and uphold shared standards in support of campus-wide PreK readiness objectives
- Bachelor s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, or a related discipline;
Master s degree or advanced certification preferred - A minimum of 5 years working in early childhood education, child development, or a closely related area
- Direct experience facilitating learning for young children between the ages of 3 and 5
- Demonstrated success in designing and executing play-based educational frameworks or curricula that support developmental milestone attainment, such as Montessori approaches
- No less than 1 year of experience coaching or supervising educators with accountability for outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for producing clear family communications and ensuring team coordination
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without requirement for visa sponsorship
- Readiness to work onsite at the Alpha Austin campus, with relocation support offered as needed

Working with usThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
