Overview
Onsite position in Austin, TX. Relocation assistance provided. $150,000 annual salary, distributed weekly. Full health, dental, and vision coverage from day one.
What You Will Be Doing- Conduct individual and small-group coaching for PreK Guides, demonstrating effective methods and recognizing documented progress
- Create and lead play-based instructional sessions integrating SEL, literacy, numeracy, and motor development, demonstrating exemplary practice for your team
- Evaluate and align Guide documentation each week for rubric consistency and clarity, facilitating calibration meetings to maintain transparency around milestone advancement
- Develop family communications and facilitate team briefings that synchronize goals and uphold collective standards for campus-wide PreK achievement
- Bachelor s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, or a related discipline;
Master s degree or specialized certification preferred - At least 5 years of professional experience in early childhood education, child development, or a related area
- Direct experience teaching or working with young children between the ages of 3 and 5
- Demonstrated capacity to create and execute play-based curricula or educational frameworks that support developmental milestone achievement, such as Montessori
- Minimum 1 year of experience in coaching or supervising educators with measurable performance outcomes
- Excellent written and spoken communication abilities for effective family reporting and team coordination
- Legal authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available
- Commitment to on-site work at the Alpha Austin campus, with relocation support available as needed

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
