Responsibilities- Facilitating Workshops:
Create and deliver workshops that inspire students to discover new capabilities. From entrepreneurship to public speaking, you'll introduce practical skills that motivate and empower. - Conducting daily Motivation Sessions:
Begin each day by helping students establish meaningful goals and develop the mindset to achieve them. - Supporting student achievement:
Apply proven frameworks to ensure every student reaches ambitious academic and personal milestones. - Developing personalized motivational approaches:
Collaborate with students to create reward systems and incentives that foster intrinsic excellence.
- Conventional instruction:
Leave behind chalkboards and traditional lectures. At Alpha, students utilize advanced apps to master foundational subjects—your role is to mentor, motivate, and enhance their educational experience. - Punitive discipline:
We reject punishment-based methods. Instead, you'll employ reasoning and positive reinforcement to build a respectful, stimulating atmosphere.

- Bachelor's degree in any subject.
- Experience employing a growth mindset to achieve a high level of performance.
- High level of energy and a desire to boost others up.
- A desire to connect, inspire, and motivate K-8th grade students.

Workingwith us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
