Your role: create and facilitate brief, focused reading workshops that generate measurable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners—then support our efforts to replicate that program across multiple campuses nationwide.

What You Will Be Doing- Facilitating brief, focused reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency competencies
- Creating individualized motivational experiences leveraging gamified literacy benchmarks
- Reviewing student performance data to refine teaching methods and identify actionable patterns
- Partnering with engineering teams to assess and improve AI literacy platforms informed by classroom outcomes
- Building scalable, AI-integrated content that supports early elementary students in reaching grade-level reading proficiency
- Conducting 90-minute lessons or adhering to conventional curricula—students engage with academic subjects via AI-adaptive applications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Master’s degree in reading instruction OR advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of experience providing small-group reading interventions for K–2 students
- Capable of evaluating reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre-written curricula
- Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and responsive to student engagement patterns within those systems
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
