Traditional classrooms teach at students rather than alongside them—and the system is failing our children. Alpha Schools replaces the lecture-and-textbook model with AI-driven adaptive learning and mentorship at the peer level. Each student advances at their own speed. Your role is to guide them in uncovering their strengths, not to deliver prewritten lessons.

This position is built for high achievers who want to apply that energy to repairing a broken educational framework. You will not be grading assignments or following mandated curricula. Instead, you ll facilitate workshops, spark curiosity, and demonstrate that learning becomes boundless when students take ownership of their education.

• Serving as a mentor to K-2 students, establishing trust and fostering a mindset without limits
• Leveraging AI and adaptive learning platforms to customize educational pathways
• Creating and facilitating life-skills workshops (public speaking, goal-setting, teamwork) that equip students for long-term success
• Building a culture centered on curiosity, ambition, and continuous growth
• Support students in discovering their individual strengths and passions

• Available to work on-site at one of our locations:
  Austin, TX;
  Fort Worth, TX; or Scottsdale (Phoenix), AZ
• Bachelor s degree in any discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children ages 4–8 in educational, after school, coaching, or comparable settings
• Excellent public speaking abilities, with proven capacity to engage and energize young audiences
• A passion for connecting with, inspiring, and motivating K-2 students
• Legal authorization to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship
• Ability to participate in a paid training program at our Austin, TX campus

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
