Onsite Location & Compensation
  • Onsite position available in Atlanta, GA;
    Las Vegas, NV;
    Nashville, TN;
    Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ.
  • $150,000 annual salary, distributed weekly. Full health benefits from day one, HSA/FSA options, 401(k) Roth.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Training and coaching a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system at a world-class standard
  • Developing Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, the design of engaging learning activities, and strategies for overcoming obstacles
  • Delivering consistent, actionable feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and outcomes
  • Personally mentoring a small group of students, demonstrating expert coaching and motivational techniques
What You Won’t Be Doing
  • Creating lesson plans – your Guides support students  learning via adaptive applications; your role centers on equipping them to be outstanding facilitators
  • Compromising standards – when our passing threshold is 100%, you are responsible for upholding that expectation
  • Running dull training sessions – you will guide Guides through dynamic, energetic, experiential development
Key Responsibilities
  • Train and coach a team of Guides to execute the Alpha system at a world-class standard
  • Develop and implement practices that enable effective facilitation and learning outcomes
Basic Requirements
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a comparable field
  • Proven track record developing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives
  • Robust leadership and mentorship capabilities with a demonstrated ability to build, manage, and inspire high-performing teams
  • Practical experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in an educational or developmental setting
  • Competence in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
  • Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA;
    Las Vegas, NV;
    Nashville, TN;
    Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The compensation level for this role is $150,000 per year, with weekly pay. Details on compensation and policies can be discussed during the interview process.
