Pre-K Lead Guide, Alpha

Overview

On-site position in Austin, TX with relocation assistance available. Weekly salary payments totaling $150,000 annually. Immediate access to health coverage, HSA/FSA options, and 401(k) Roth.

• Conduct individual and small-group coaching for PreK Guides, demonstrating effective strategies and recognizing measurable achievements
• Create and lead play-centered learning sessions integrating social-emotional learning, literacy, numeracy, and motor development while exemplifying excellence for your team
• Examine and align Guide documentation on a weekly basis to ensure rubric consistency and actionable insights, facilitating calibration meetings that maintain milestone tracking transparency
• Develop family communications and coordinate team briefings that synchronize objectives and uphold collective standards in support of campus-wide PreK readiness targets

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, or related field;
  Master's degree or specialized training preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in early years education, early childhood development, or related field
• Experience working with groups of young children ages 3 to 5
• Demonstrated capability to design and deploy play-based educational programs or curricula that drive developmental milestones e.g. Montessori
• At least 1 year of experience coaching or managing a team of educators with performance accountability
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear family updates and team alignment
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Willingness to work in-person at Alpha Austin campus with relocation support provided if needed

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
