Skills and Qualifications
- Native-levelfluencyoradvancedproficiencyin
English,withexceptionalwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills. - Bachelor’sdegreeorhigherin
English,Education,Linguistics,orarelatedfield. - Minimumof3years’experience teaching
Englishtodiverselearnersinaclassroomorvirtualsetting. - Provenabilitytodeveloplessonplansandinstructionalmaterialsthatdrivelanguageacquisition.
- Strongdigitalliteracy,withexperienceinusingonlineteachingplatformsandeducationaltechnologytools.
- Demonstratedcommitmenttostudentsuccess,engagement,andinclusiveeducationpractices.
- Abilitytoworkindependentlyandcollaborativelyinaremote,multiculturalteamenvironment.
- Teaching certification(e.g.,TEFL,TESOL,CELTA) orequivalentcredentials.
- Experienceincurriculumdesignoreducationalcontentdevelopmentforonlineplatforms.
- Multilingualcapabilitiesorexperienceteaching Englishtospeakersofotherlanguages.
