• Reply to inquiries from prospective families within 24 hours using clear, welcoming, and mission‑consistent language
• Organize admissions events, campus tours, and shadow day experiences from planning through post‑visit communication
• Maintain applicant data with full precision in CRM and admissions platforms
• Conduct meetings with families to clarify Alpha's approach, respond to questions, and capture relevant observations
• Collaborate with campus and admissions colleagues to ensure pipeline continuity and momentum

• Render admissions decisions or define enrollment guidelines
• Deliver instruction or oversee academic content
• Pursue families with high‑pressure sales methods or rigid scripts
• Operate in an unstructured or inconsistently paced work setting

Deliver a polished, conversion‑optimized admissions journey that transforms early interest into committed enrollment, ensuring families feel informed, valued, and eager to become part of Alpha.

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• At least 2 years of experience in admissions, customer service, or a family‑facing operations role
• At least 1 year of professional written communication experience with families or customers
• At least 1 year of experience using a CRM, student information system, or comparable database with demonstrated data accuracy
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail across multiple concurrent workflows
• Availability to work on‑site in Austin, TX, or willingness to relocate
• Authorized to work in the United States

• Background in education, enrollment management, or school operations
• Experience supporting admissions events or high‑touch onboarding processes
• Comfort working in fast‑changing, tech‑enabled environments
