Job OverviewYou will mentor and coach gifted students to complete high school years ahead of schedule using AI‑driven adaptive learning. This is not a traditional teaching role.
Responsibilities- Mentor and inspire students to finish high school by 8th grade using personalized, accelerated learning paths.
- Guide students in developing life skills (focus, public speaking, grit, resilience).
- Use AI tools to monitor progress, customize experiences, and adapt instruction.
- Encourage students through adaptive learning applications to reach ambitious targets.
- Collaborate with a team redefining education for high‑achieving learners.
- Willingness to work in‑person in Austin (Georgetown), TX.
- Proven track record of academic excellence (scholarships, Olympiads, National Merit Scholar, dual enrollment, etc.).
- At least 3 years coaching, mentoring, or teaching high‑achieving or gifted students.
- Daily use of generative AI tools in education.
- Excellent public speaking and communication skills.
- Legal right to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
This is a full‑time (40 hours per week) long‑term position with an independent contractor agreement through Crossover (Contractor of Record). Salary: $50 USD/hour ($100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hrs/week, 50 weeks/year). Payment is weekly. For details, visit
