• Develop and train a team of Guides to execute the Alpha system with exceptional quality.
• Build Guide Playbooks that outline best practices for facilitation, designing engaging learning experiences, and addressing obstacles.
• Deliver consistent, actionable feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and outcomes.
• Personally mentor a small group of students, demonstrating expert coaching and motivational techniques.

• Creating lesson plans—your Guides support student learning through adaptive applications; you concentrate on training them to facilitate with excellence.
• Compromising standards—maintain the 100% passing threshold.
• Conducting dull training sessions—develop Guides through dynamic, experiential learning.

Develop and train a team of Guides to execute the Alpha system with exceptional quality.

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related disciplines.
• Proven track record of developing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities with demonstrated ability to build, manage, and motivate high‑performing teams.
• Experience working directly with youth (ages 5‑18) in educational or developmental settings.
• Competence in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decision‑making and drive continuous improvement.
• Ability to work on‑site in Atlanta, GA;
  Las Vegas, NV;
  Nashville, TN;
  Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
