Join Crossover to be an Education Coach at Alpha, a transformative learning program that empowers students to take ownership of their learning journeys.

$60.00/hr – $60.00/hr (equivalent to $120,000/year for a full‑time schedule)

• On‑site role in San Francisco, Miami, or Santa Barbara

• Engage directly with students each day to inspire and mentor—no traditional lectures, only high‑impact peer‑style coaching
• Leverage adaptive technology and AI‑driven platforms to support individualized learning progression
• Facilitate small‑group sessions that emphasize leadership development, practical life skills, and real‑world achievement strategies
• Partner with students to identify unique strengths and broaden aspirations via tailored growth roadmaps
• Provide feedback, data, and innovative ideas to continuously refine Alpha’s educational approach

• Bachelor’s degree from any discipline
• Proven history of exceptional achievement (e.g., top academic distinctions, D1/Olympic‑level athletics, national‑level competitions)
• 3 years of hands‑on experience working with K–8 students in mentoring, coaching, or teaching roles
• Excellent verbal communication and public speaking abilities
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. with no visa sponsorship required
• Ability to work on‑site in Miami, FL;
  Santa Barbara, CA; or San Francisco, CA
