Deck Supervisor

As a deck supervisor you are responsible for the smooth and safe operation of the pool deck and lessons. You are the ‘cheerleader’ for the staff and students, ensuring adequate preparation and a welcoming learning environment. You can expect to be regularly communicating with students, teachers, parents and the front desk to ensure student progress. You should be someone who welcomes feedback and is a continuous learner.

As a deck supervisor you will report to the General Manager or Site Supervisor during shifts and provide support throughout the pool deck, changing area and restrooms as needed.

$13 - $18 per hour
