Freelance Trainer & Coach Austin, TX

We specialize in workshops, training programs, and tailored solutions that drive meaningful change within organizations. As we expand into the U.S., we’re looking for experienced freelance trainers and coaches in Austin, Texas, to join our mission!

As a freelancer, you’ll design and deliver interactive workshops and tailored training sessions for teams and organizations. Topics differ from acute challenges that organizations are struggling with—such as high turnover and workplace stress—to more preventative, positive psychology-focused themes, like focus and productivity, leadership development, and resilience.

Sessions will be mostly delivered in person (for Austin-based clients).
