Human Dimensions of Organizations - Professional Track Faculty Pool

Description

The Human Dimensions of Organizations program at The University of Texas at Austin seeks to develop a pool of candidates for possible temporary/non‑tenure track positions to teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses. Positions are not available every semester and are contingent upon student enrollment and the availability of funding. Appointments are normally made on a semester‑by‑semester basis, though sometimes a yearlong appointment may be made.

Positions are renewable annually, contingent upon funding and performance.

A Ph.D. in Sociology, American Studies or a related field and a record of teaching excellence are preferred.
