School Monitor – IDEA Bluff Springs Academy (Immediate Opening)

Join the IDEA Public Schools team as a School Monitor in Bluff Springs Academy. The role is part‑time, beginning immediately, and focuses on student safety and supervision during the school day.

• Hourly rate: $12.00
• Part‑time schedule

• Provide a safe and orderly environment for students at all times of the day.
• Supervise students during bus drop off, arrival, and after school.
• Monitor halls during student arrival and during lunch.
• Maintain assigned lunch schedule for all grade levels without delay.
• Assist with general food needs and cafeteria cleanliness.
• Refer and communicate behavioral concerns to appropriate administrative personnel.
• Perform related duties as required.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred:
  Experience working with students.

• Enjoy working with children.
• Manage students in a firm and fair manner.
• Strong communication skills with students and staff.
• Flexibility to change.
• Promptness.
