Boys Lacrosse Assistant Coach

Overview

The Assistant Coach at Hyde Park Schools supports the athletic program by fostering the spiritual, athletic, and personal growth of student-athletes in alignment with the school’s Christ-centered mission. This role requires a committed follower of Jesus Christ who models Biblical values, promotes a culture of excellence, and integrates a Biblical worldview into all coaching responsibilities.

• The Assistant Coach will support the Head Coach in planning practices, developing athletes, implementing game strategies, and maintaining discipline and safety.
• Strong communication skills, a servant’s heart, and a passion for mentoring students in their spiritual journey are essential.
• The Assistant Coach is expected to collaborate with faculty, families, and church partners to build a unified community rooted in faith, integrity, and respect.

• Part-time and/or seasonal position, with compensation based on experience and the assigned sport.
