Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a BC or BE Neurosurgeon to join the Department of Neurosurgery and Neuroscience Institute in Temple, Texas. General neurosurgery with sub-specialization in complex spine is preferred.
Position Highlights:  
• Join a highly regarded neurosurgery program in Texas with a strong reputation for clinical care, research and education.
• Serve as a mentor for residents, fellows and medical students in Department of Neurosurgery and Neuroscience Institute.
• The department has active clinical and translational research programs as well as numerous on-going clinical trials.
• We offer a competitive salary with a generous benefit package that begins with more than five (5) weeks of paid vacation, three (3) weeks of paid CME days, and immediate access to health insurance. Department of Neurosurgery at Baylor Scott & White Health (Central) has a fully accredited seven-year neurosurgery residency program and is the only academic Neurosurgery Department in Central Texas with ten full-time faculty members in a major teaching hospital, a level-I Trauma Center and Joint Commission Certified Comprehensive Stroke Center.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Doctorate Degree in Medicine - Licensed to Practice Medicine in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board - Where Applicable - Employee shall be currently board certified in his or her speciality or demonstrate board of the American Board of Medical Specialties or the Bureau of Osteopathic Specialists  An application can be submitted online for formal consideration.
