You’ll have the freedom to flourish, backed by cutting-edge tools like Topcon Topographers (with meibography and tear film analysis), Optos Daytona Plus, Marco Automated Refraction systems, Topcon Maestro OCTs, Visual Fields, and a seamless cloud-based EMR that streamlines everything for you and your patients. As our ideal candidate, you’ll dive into a mix of routine primary eye care, ocular disease management, refractive surgery co‑management, and contact lens evaluations.

- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution
- Texas State Optometry License (or eligible to obtain)
- Strong clinical skills in eye examinations and diagnosing ocular conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build patient relationships
- High energy, coachable attitude, and commitment to team success
- Ability to work Saturdays for patient convenience
