Blue Pearl Pet Hospital is coming to Austin, TX in 2026 and we're looking for a Board-Certified Surgeon or individual who is residency-trained in Small Animal Surgery to join our new state-of-the-art facility located at 2555 Western Trails Blvd, Austin, TX 78745. Your brand-new facility has room to build your surgery service where you will have a meaningful and lasting impact on the lives of your patients, associates, and doctors!

We are committed to your success with a team of responsive local leaders who prioritize frequent clinician check-ins for transparent bi-directional communication. We also have a team of ancillary support focused on elevating our nursing partners, referral relations, financial coordinators, and clinician promotion.

Your brand-new facility will include 3 surgery suits, in house 64-slice CT, internal medicine procedures room, endoscopy, dedicated ER, dedicated ICU equipped with Snyder O2 cages and separate respiratory/GI/MDR isolation wards. Planned specialty services include emergency, internal medicine, critical care, and surgery. We not only promote outstanding patient care but also personal development with clinical, leadership, research, and teaching development programs available through Blue Pearl University, formal Academic partnerships, and Blue Pearl Science.
