Multi-Family Project Manager​/Architect

An established, Austin-based architecture firm is seeking a Multi-Family Project Manager/Architect to join our growing multi-family team.

We specialize in thoughtful, design-forward commercial architecture that integrates modern design principles with environmental sensitivity, material innovation, and seamless construction execution.

This is a leadership role for a highly organized, technically strong professional who can confidently manage commercial projects from pre-design through construction administration — and who understands how projects are executed in the field.

• Lead and oversee multi-family project delivery from concept through construction
• Actively produce and review drawing sets in Revit (required), including Construction Documents, detailing, and specifications
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and client relationships with clarity and professionalism
• Coordinate consultants (MEP, structural, civil, etc.) and ensure seamless interdisciplinary collaboration
• Oversee permitting processes and code compliance for commercial projects
• Actively participate in construction administration and support design-build integration
• Mentor team members and uphold high production and documentation standards

• 10+ years of professional architectural experience, including commercial project leadership
• Advanced proficiency in Revit is required
• Proven experience managing commercial architecture projects is required
• Strong understanding of commercial construction methods, detailing, and site coordination
• Experience with consultant coordination and permitting processes
• Licensure preferred but not required
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
