Interior Designer

A design‑driven, collaborative firm is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join its team. This role offers the opportunity to lead or support projects from early programming and concept development through final completion. • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture from a CIDA‑accredited program
• NCIDQ certification required
• 8+ years of experience in a commercial architecture or interior design firm
• 4+ years of experience managing commercial interior design projects
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Ability to manage multiple mid‑ and large‑scale projects simultaneously
• Proven expertise in design, documentation, and project delivery
• Comprehensive knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards
• Proficiency in Revit
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing meaningfully to a collaborative team environment
• Demonstrated competency in interior design specifications, industry standards, and FF&E procurement
