- Develop and lead conceptual design with hand sketching and visual storytelling
- Collaborate closely with project architects, consultants, and clients
- Manage the design narrative and process from vision through execution
- Represent the firm's aesthetic and values in every client interaction
- Maintain strong relationships with builders and consultants
- Ensure quality, detail, and client satisfaction across all phases
- 8+ years of experience in high-end residential design
- Strong hand sketching and design development skills
- Confident and communicative-without ego
- A passion for detail, hospitality, and functional elegance
- Ability to manage complex, high-touch client relationships
- Experience working with consultants, vendors, and site teams
