We are seeking a Senior User Experience Designer to join our multi-disciplinary User Experience and Design Team. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of crafting intuitive and impactful digital solutions, shaping best-in-class software experiences across mobile, web, and desktop platforms. Your expertise will directly influence how our users achieve their financial goals, balancing functionality with complexity on a highly utilized platform.

What You ll Do:

• Lead design reviews and facilitate critical design decisions.
• Collaborate with a multi-faceted team to create innovative design solutions.
• Represent the design team s brand, ensuring a consistent and high-quality design process.
• Embrace an iterative design approach to achieve optimal results.
• Visualize and communicate ideas clearly through sketches, diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes, providing appropriate documentation.
• Maintain the highest design standards through primary design activities, deliverable creation, and quality assurance.
• Actively participate in and support user research efforts to uncover deep user insights.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and methods, focusing on effectiveness and efficiency.
• Foster strong relationships and collaborate effectively with all partners.
• Support fellow UX team members, providing guidance and constructive feedback.
• Strategically listen to feedback, guiding the delivery of user-centric solutions.
• Maintain a collaborative and cooperative spirit, demonstrating openness to new information.
• Champion the team s mission and the needs of partners and users with enthusiasm for UX design.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of user needs, empathizing with their experiences.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in all design endeavors.
• Continuously expand knowledge of design theory, practice, and tools.

What You ll Bring (Must-Have Qualifications):

• 11+ years of extensive interaction design experience, primarily focused on digital products.
• A compelling online portfolio showcasing your interaction design process and strategic thinking.
• Expertise in all facets of a user-centered interaction design process, including user research, developing user flows, creating wireframes, conducting usability tests, and crafting annotated design specifications.
• Proven experience working within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team, utilizing an iterative process and Agile development methodologies.
• Strong self-management skills, comfort with substantial responsibility, and the ability to work directly with client partners and manage project schedules effectively.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and facilitating design sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to partner cross-functionally and work effectively with various levels of the organization and diverse personality types.
• A positive attitude, solid work ethic, and comfort in a project-oriented work environment.

• 1+ year of interaction design experience specifically for touch-based mobile interfaces.
