Project Architect / Designer AboutNICOLE BLAIR is a small design and construction office focused on residential, small commercial, and public art building projects. Projects emphasize thoughtful design solutions and well-crafted construction.
RoleProject Architect / Designer with strong practical and creative problem‑solving skills ready to contribute meaningfully and take responsibility across all aspects of the design and construction process. This role requires balancing design intent with technical execution, consultant coordination, and project management.
Qualifications- Architecture degree
- 5–10 years relevant work experience
- Strong CD and detailing experience (Vectorworks a plus)
- Sketch Up and Adobe Suite proficiency (Enscape or other rendering software a plus)
- Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills
- Action‑oriented, self‑motivated, collaborative, and curious
Competitive compensation negotiable based on experience. Full‑time position preferred; part‑time may be possible.
