Technical Architect - Leading Corporate Design Firm

Looking for a challenging role with a leading firm in workplace design? We're working on an opportunity with a studio who is looking to expand their Austin office with a Technical Project Architect. This person needs to have a go-getter attitude and be able to collaborate with team members as well as consultants. They will work on a variety of challenging full life-cycle projects, delivering packages and working directly with clients.

• Coordinate all phases of the design process on a variety of projects in size and scope
• Space planning and test fits with clients
• Prepare and coordinate all project deliverables
• Manage contract and construction administration responsibilities
• Coordinate with a variety of consultants
• Provide leadership to junior staff
• Manage client relations

• A professional degree in Architecture (B. Arch/M. Arch)
• 8+ years of experience in interior architecture; workplace interior architecture strongly preferred - Experience with large-scale projects is a must.
• Display strong design portfolio showing strengths in conceptual design, space planning skills and detailing
• Strong and effective organizational and communication skills
• Experience preparing all stages of design documentation
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
