The role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, so organizational and time management skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on various project types from concept to completion
  • Communicate design ideas through sketches, 3D renderings, and presentations
  • Ensure designs meet building codes, sustainability standards, and client requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Professional degree in Architecture
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Sketch Up/Form It
  • Strong verbal and visual communication skills
  • Knowledge of architectural design, documentation, and construction technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • LEED AP credential
