Project Designer/Manager
Join AIA Austin as a Project Designer/Manager. This role involves designing private residences, tenant finish‑outs, small‑scale commercial buildings, and hospitality projects. We seek professionals who value good design, teamwork, and community involvement.
Responsibilities• Develop construction documents from inception through completion.
• Manage projects, coordinating architects, consultants, artisans, and contractors.
• Produce BIM models and produce graphical and digital deliverables.
• Communicate progress to clients and stakeholders.
- Professional degree in architecture.
- Minimum 6–8 years of architectural experience.
- Experience assembling construction documents.
- Experience managing projects from inception to completion.
- Proficiency in BIM modeling and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Interest and experience in social media and website management.
- Proficiency in Archi
CAD. - Experience in the City of Austin jurisdiction for residential and commercial projects.
