Architect / Sr. Architect, Interior Design
Senior Vice President at LVI Associates - Architecture & Interior Design, Texas Market Specialist
My client, a growing architecture firm headquartered in Austin, is looking to add a Project Architect or a Project Manager to the offices in either Corpus or Austin, TX.
This role will own 3–4 projects, ensuring they remain on time and budget. The lead will act as the client point of contact, manage a team of 1–2 internal members and deliver a quality set of documents. Responsibilities include coaching and teaching team members, producing Revit drawings, overseeing the team’s output, assigning tasks and monitoring progress, handling technical aspects such as constructability and code compliance, coordinating with clients, and working with the Studio Director to track financial performance and make adjustments.
The firm’s portfolio includes retail, multifamily, single-family, hospitality, restaurants, and office projects. Employees typically work on 3–4 projects across multiple types and phases, so the role offers variety. The company rewards effort over seniority, invests in community service (monthly events that double as team building), and maintains strong client service and value-added design.
