Residential, Commercial, Institutional, Hospitality, Restaurant, and the occasional folly. We seek no specialization or typology. Rather, we are the firm that seeks interesting projects desiring a robust design process and built results that accentuate experience and craft over surface.

Our work is grounded by careful programmatic study, research, and stakeholder engagement resulting in designs with clean and legible concepts. We care deeply about our designs and understand that they must be drawn thoroughly, clearly, and completely.

As our reputation has grown, our work has migrated from our Austin home to include projects in Colorado, Florida, Idaho, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Texas, and Wyoming.

Project Manager / Architect

Entry level designer with one – two years of structured office experience and a portfolio exhibiting design excellence in both its thinking and graphic presentation.

This is an in-person position.

We are looking for a member with a hunger for design, an acute attention to detail, and a drive to learn. We are looking for a partner who is self-motivated but who has the maturity to ask questions where necessary. The projects matter to us; we expect them to matter to you.

We deliver our drawings in AutoCAD for most of our projects;
Revit when required. Skills in Rhino required. d5 and Enscape preferred.

You will be working on a mix of projects spanning restaurant, commercial, hospitality, institutional, and single-family residential. Our current projects are in Austin, San Antonio, Central Texas, West Texas (Alpine, Fort Davis, and El Paso), Colorado, and Rhode Island.

Your job will touch all phases of design and construction.
