* Participating in the team responsible for the Operations Solutions sustaining and supporting activities for our production lines. The team activities include:  + Implementing the industrialization of hardware products (Smart Readers & controllers, etc.)  + Implementing the industrialization of credential profiles  + Shop floor process analysis, solution design, implementation, documentation, testing, and deployment  + Machine Solution integration and deployment  + Sustaining Activities  + Level 2 & 3 Support
* Working with engineering, production and technical support to proactively implement industrial solutions leveraging generic platforms
* Participating in the full design/development/validation/documentation cycles
* Identifying solutions contributing to overall manufacturing process improvements
* Migrating legacy tools and processes to standard platforms
* Maintaining security standards for the site and products
* Interacting with local and global IT teams to set up proper infrastructure
* Embracing the department's overarching architecture and process guidelines
* Embracing A.I. as a tool to build applications and aide in daily workflows
* Providing level 2 & 3 support to local and remote manufacturing teams
* Keeping tight deadlines for software enhancements to match product development schedules
