Job Summary

Join our customer's team as a Psychiatrist and play a pivotal role in advancing artificial intelligence within the field of mental health. You will leverage your clinical expertise to train AI systems by analyzing and communicating psychiatric concepts, all while working in a fully virtual setting. This is a unique opportunity to help shape next-generation healthcare technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and annotate psychiatric data sets for AI training and development purposes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide clinical insights on psychiatric cases and documentation.
  • Utilize EHR/EMR platforms, medical software, and communication tools to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop and refine training materials that support AI model understanding of psychiatric terminology and workflows.
  • Contribute to the creation and evaluation of AI outputs to ensure clinical relevance and ethical standards.
  • Communicate findings, feedback, and best practices clearly in both written and verbal formats.
  • Stay current on industry trends, guidelines, and advancements in psychiatric medicine and digital health.

    Skills and Qualifications
  • Board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrist with an active license.
  • Proficient in EHR and EMR platforms along with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience using medical, graphics, and photo software for clinical documentation and education.
  • Strong command of electronic mail and digital collaboration tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and committed to data quality and confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with AI, machine learning, or digital health projects.
  • Background in medical education or clinical informatics.
  • Published research or contributions to psychiatric literature.
