- 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (PST)
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (CST)
Our Client Service Center is on the lookout for friendly, dedicated, hardworking, punctual, and compassionate team players to join as a Wellness Plan Specialist. The role requires an ability to work independently and with a team.
Position Responsibilities- Provide concise, friendly service through outbound calls on behalf of multiple veterinary hospitals.
- Handle wellness plan communications and renewals.
- Effective written and verbal communication with strong closing skills.
- Educate clients on animal preventive care including vaccines, lab testing, dentistry.
- Schedule veterinary appointments using AVImark.
- Review and update client, patient, and accounting software.
- Collect payments on outstanding debt.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot to provide solutions.
- Accurately complete document updates each shift.
- Work independently in a friendly and supportive environment.
- Provide excellent client service and telephone etiquette.
- Achieve performance goals.
- Coach and provide feedback to our supported sites.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
- High school diploma.
- 5+ years in call center or office setting.
- Excellent client service experience.
- Professional work ethic.
- Accurate, detail‑oriented multitasker.
- Basic math skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Time‑management and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to overcome objections.
- Adaptability to changing environment.
- Goal‑oriented and highly motivated.
- Must be able to work at a computer for long periods.
- Experience with wellness plans.
- Veterinary or healthcare background.
- AVImark Practice Management System.
- Cornerstone/Idexx Petly Software.
- CXOne Contact System.
- Smartsheet.
- Quick Base.
- 1–2 years of accounts receivable or collections experience.
- Windows PC applications.
- 40+ WPM typing speed.
- Bilingual – a plus.
Full‑time position with a competitive benefits package and incentives offered. Training provided.
- The base hourly range for this position is $16–$20. Pay is determined by role, level, location, and other factors. The position is also eligible for a periodic bonus.
