Beyond Wow Plumbing is currently searching for a dynamic and motivated Dispatcher to join our team! In this role, you will enhance the efficiency of our company and the service we provide to our customers by effectively managing service calls. Dispatcher Description:
Proactively plan, forecast, and dispatch service calls for our Service TechniciansManage and organize customer service calls before deploying them to the Service TechnicianAccurately dispatch the required Service Technician with the right skill level for each service call, minimizing unnecessary costs and building customer confidenceCommunicate the status of the service call to the customer during the process and follow up after completionWork closely with the Call Center Manager and Service Technicians to provide administrative tracking supportContinually review processes and services to make recommendations/proposals to improve and enhance the customer experienceCollaborate with Call Center Managers, Service Technicians, and Customer Service Representatives to support and promote multiple business solutions for both short- and long-term growth opportunitiesAuthentically promote and adhere to the company’s vision, mission, core values, and brandHave fun working with a vibrant, talented teamJob Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of dispatch experience in the home service industry (plumbing experience is a plus)Strong organizational skills to meet customer service delivery requirements on time, every dayProficiency in company computer systems to organize all service calls and customer information (Microsoft Office and Service Titan experience are a plus)High attention to detail and consistent follow-up when requiredExcellent math, verbal, written, and interpersonal skillsFlexibility to work on a rotation of Saturdays is required. This position is based in Taylor, Texas and requires you to commute to Taylor daily.What we offer:
