We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Counter Representative to join our team!

Position Overview

As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll play a key role in providing excellent service, processing orders, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and our production team. You’ll help customers with ringing up their orders, quotes, design requests, and order tracking while maintaining a professional and welcoming front counter environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and respond to emails.
  • Provide accurate quotes, process orders, and take payments.
  • Communicate clearly with the design and production teams to ensure customer requests are met.
  • Review artwork and order details for accuracy before production.
  • Maintain an organized and clean front counter and showroom area.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
  • Learn about our products, materials, and services to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in customer service, printing, signage, or a retail environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, POS systems). Knowledge of Adobe Suite and Acrobat is a huge plus.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or print industry software is a plus (not required).
