The Career Coach is responsible for ensuring client success outcomes and providing ongoing strategic and emotional support.>
Responsibilities- Client Check-Ins:
Proactively check in with each client twice per week to monitor progress and provide strategic and emotional support in the job search. - Issue Resolution:
Revamp resumes and Linked In profiles until getting a consistent interview flow, and provide strategic interview support. Address urgent concerns immediately or within the same day. - Client Tracking:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Airtable, ensuring all client statuses, challenges, and needs are documented. - Group Coaching Calls:
Actively participate in weekly group coaching calls, document insights, and track progress. - Client Support Efficiency:
Work efficiently and optimize time to provide maximum client results within the structured framework.
- Experience:
Minimum 2 years of prior career coaching, recruiting, or client success experience. - Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of current job market trends, hiring practices, resume optimization, interview techniques, and networking strategies across multiple industries and career levels. - Assessment Proficiencies:
Experience with career assessment tools and job search platforms. Ability to interpret results and create actionable development plans. - Communication & Interpersonal
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport, provide constructive feedback, and motivate clients from diverse backgrounds and career levels.
