• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk
• Answer phone calls promptly and direct inquiries to appropriate personnel
• Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and organized
• Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events
• Manage guest check‑in and check‑out procedures
• Provide information about the company, services, and local attractions

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus
• Proven experience as a front desk representative or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in using office equipment and computer software, including MS Office
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
