Lease Point Funding  Group is a fast-growing specialty equipment finance company seeking a Customer Service & Collections Specialist to support our expanding servicing operations. This role focuses on managing customer inquiries, resolving account issues, and guiding customers through payment solutions—while ensuring contractual obligations are met.

What You’ll Learn & Do

You’llgain experience across a range of customer servicing and collections functions, including:

  • Serving as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to billing, payments, insurance, and account status
  • Proactively managing delinquent accounts through professional outbound communication and follow-up
  • Monitoring daily payment activity, resolving failed or returned payments, and bringing accounts current
  • Assisting with insurance documentation, proof of coverage, and lease-related requirements
  • Reviewing account histories for accuracy and escalating discrepancies as needed
  • Educating customers on lease terms, payment obligations, and account resolution options
  • Maintainingaccuratedocumentation and notes within servicing and CRM systems
  • Ensuring all activities comply withininternal policies and applicable regulations
  • Identifyingrecurring issues and contributing feedback to improve servicing processes

What Success Looks Like

Within
90 days:

  • Confidently manage customer inquiries and assigned accounts
  • Accurately document interactions and account activity
  • Develop a strong understanding ofLeasePoint’sservicing processes and policies

Within 6–12 months:

  • Independently manage a portfolio of customer accounts
  • Effectively resolve delinquency issues whilemaintainingpositive customer relationships
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer experience
What You’llNeed
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, collections, or account servicing
  • Experience in financial services, lending, or leasing is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally and respectfully
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams
