Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Client Account Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be pivotal in managing client relationships and ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service. You will serve as the primary point of communication for our clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Maintain and develop client relationships to enhance client satisfaction
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide timely resolution to issues
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions aligned with client needs
  • Prepare and present reports on account performance and client feedback
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to clients

Skills and Qualifications
