Position: Travel Support Executive (Voice) - 5 Days Working

Job Summary

Jet Blue is seeking a dynamic Travel Support Executive (Voice) to join our customer service team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional travel experiences and possess strong communication skills. As a Travel Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with flight inquiries, bookings, changes, and problem resolution.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a leading airline in a collaborative, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer calls efficiently, addressing inquiries about bookings, schedules, cancellations, and loyalty programs.

  • Assist customers with ticket reservations, flight changes, refunds, and other travel-related services.

  • Provide accurate information regarding airline policies, promotions, and services.

  • Resolve customer complaints professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using company systems.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Meet individual and team performance targets, including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or call management systems.

  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Experience
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, travel support, or airline operations is preferred.

  • Previous experience in voice support or call center environments is a plus.

Working Hours
  • 5 days a week, Monday to Friday (specific shift timings may vary).

  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends or holidays, if required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • In-depth understanding of travel processes, airline booking systems, and ticketing procedures.

  • Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to handle a diverse range of customer interactions.
