About the Role

We’re looking for a people-first, community-driven and organized Customer Support Associate to join our growing team. You’ll be the first line of support, making sure emails are answered, every customer feels heard, and we deliver on the promises we make. From managing customer communications and handling merchandise, to providing customer feedback to leadership, you’ll directly impact how our audience experiences Hammer Media.

The right person is excited to join an early-stage-support team, and is passionate about and driven to set the tone for our customer experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Customer Support:
    Serve as the first point of contact to our customers on product questions, and provide clear, helpful, timely, and friendly assistance on various topics
  • Product Feedback & Insights:
    Utilize analytics tools and digest customer feedback, providing insights to help inform strategic product decisions
  • Product Fulfillment:
    Fulfill and mail customer gear and giveaways to our community
  • Live Sessions Coordination and Moderation:
    Help moderate various live streams for our product and content, ensuring a positive and engaging environment
  • Brand Voice:
    Uphold and reflect the Hammer Media brands in all communication and interactions

Who You Are:

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service or community management related roles
  • Friendly and inviting, talking with others comes naturally to you, and you have a genuine desire to help people
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt quickly to changing priorities
