- In office Sales Representative role at Fred Loya Insurance Agency.

• Provides professional, courteous service to internal and external customers.
• Answers any questions regarding the customer’s policy.
• Accepts payments and processes transactions.
• Identifies potential needs the customer may have regarding their policy.
• Follows up with customers on quotes, renewals, and cancellations.
• Participates in marketing initiatives for new business development on an as‑needed basis.
• Maintains a neat and clean work area and office.
• Performs FNOL vehicle inspections.
• Captures vehicle photographs (requires squatting, bending, flexing).
• Conducts bank run deposits.
• Works full time.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Computer literate at a basic to intermediate level.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is helpful.
• Excellent communication skills, assertive, and the ability to provide a first‑rate experience for customers.
• Must pass state licensing requirements.
• Flexible schedule.
• Reliable transportation.

• High School Diploma.
• Previous customer service experience is helpful.
