Key Responsibilities- Responds accurately and courteously to customer inquiries through various channels
- Processes inquiries and coordinates with departments to resolve customer issues
- Maintains records on customer feedback and suggests improvements to management
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer operating skills and familiarity with office equipment
- Ability to handle high-stress situations
- Two years of customer service or call center experience preferred
- Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software preferred
