The Role

Location: Austin, TX

Are you outgoing, personable, and passionate about connecting with people? We’re seeking a Community Engagement Associate to represent our brand in the community, build meaningful relationships, and help drive awareness through events, outreach, and face-to-face interactions.

This is a people-facing role where you’ll serve as the bridge between our organization and the community. From staffing events to hosting informational sessions to connecting with individuals one-on-one, you’ll play a key role in shaping how people experience and engage with our brand.

What You’ll Do
  • Act as the front-line representative at community events, pop-ups, and local activations.
  • Engage directly with community members, answer questions, and provide resources and information.
  • Build relationships with individuals and organizations to increase visibility and participation.
  • Support planning and execution of outreach events, workshops, and community initiatives.
  • Collect feedback and insights from the community to share with internal teams.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, events, and customer success to align outreach efforts.
  • Represent the brand voice in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner.
