The Park at Monterey Oaks is a 430‑unit community in downtown Austin, TX. It features a 24‑hour fitness center, dog park, swimming pool with poolside cabanas, and a private nature park.

Northland is looking for a motivated Leasing Consultant who will represent the company by delivering a top‑tier customer experience to residents and prospects. The day‑to‑day duties include apartment leasing, touring prospective residents, retaining current residents, supporting community marketing, and handling inbound and outbound calls. The role also requires balancing walk‑ins and scheduled appointments and providing support to the onsite team.

The leasing team maintains the highest level of professionalism and customer service, working with residents, vendors, and guests. Weekend assistance may be required.

• Previous sales or customer service experience.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively while meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with employees, residents, and vendors.
• Working weekend shifts may be required.
• Travel may be required to assist other properties or attend training.
• May need to operate a golf cart to travel around the property.

• Occasionally push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds.
