Customer Service Rep, Bank Customer Service
Universal Banker at Central National Bank TX serves as the primary representative of the bank, embodying its culture of customer service in every interaction. This role is essential to the Customer Service team, requiring collaboration with various departments to fulfill customer requests and manage office projects effectively. Key Responsibilities- Greet customers, answer questions, and direct them to appropriate staff.
- Open new accounts, process transactions, and assist with services like safe deposit boxes and debit card requests.
- Identify customer needs, explain bank products and services, and refer them to other internal groups to generate new business.
- Perform traditional teller functions, process loan payments, answer phones, and assist with other operational tasks.
- Work with other team members and departments to ensure excellent customer service and effective office operations.
- Exceptional customer service skills with high energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
- Accomplished verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
- Ability to network, negotiate, develop good rapport with others, and to grow relationships
- Organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to follow through
- Ability to work efficiently to meet required deadlines
- Strong orientation to personal service and professionalism (both conduct and appearance)
- Desire to achieve success through personal growth and training, with a sense of ownership and dedication to the bank and its valued customers
- Banking experience preferred
