Nxt Property Management is looking for someone to join our amazing team as a Leasing Agent. This position will help future residents find their home with us. If you have a great attitude, a desire for growth, and are ready to work as a team and act boldly to grow yourself and others around you, then this position is perfect for you!

Each day you will provide excellent customer service by following up with leads, answering questions, and helping residents. You will schedule and complete tours via phone calls and online platforms, help residents schedule work orders, manage and assemble resident files, and more.

• Ability to work independently and be proactive rather than reactive

• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
• Knowledge of sales techniques
• Knowledge of Entrata Property Management Software
• Knowledge of financials and budgets
• 6+ months of multifamily experience
• 6+ months of sales experience

Salary: $18 - $19 per hour
