Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist who will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, clarity, and efficiency. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail‑oriented, confident communicators, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer care. The selected candidate will support client inquiries, provide accurate information, assist with service requests, and contribute to the overall quality of our customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information regarding services, processes, and client support options.

  • Maintain organized records and support administrative tasks related to client accounts.
