Bilingual Sales​/Customer Service

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients via person-to-person and phone
• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information
• Visit customers (inside and outside sales)
• Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records
• Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and generate sales with new and current customers
• Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
• Handle cashier drawer responsibilities (if applicable)

• Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
• Must speak Spanish and English
• Excellent communication skills with a diverse customer base
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in customer service or sales (2-5 years preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets/goals
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to think on your feet

Monday to Friday 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. with a 1‑hour lunch break. Two Saturdays a month, free schedule Saturday 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

• Base salary + commission
